How do orders work?
Orders are placed directly through our official website. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email summarizing your order. Items may be in stock, made-to-order, or available via pre-order — this will be clearly stated on the product page.
How do I know if my order was successful?
You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. If you haven’t received it within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder. If there’s still no confirmation, feel free to contact us at causeyoudont090@gmail.com.
How does made-to-order work?
Made-to-order items are produced especially for you once your order is placed. This approach helps us reduce overproduction and waste. Please allow 1 to 3 weeks for production before your item is shipped.
How does pre-order work?
Pre-order means you're reserving an item before it’s officially released or restocked. The estimated shipping date will be noted on the product page. Please note that production or shipping delays may occur — we’ll keep you informed if so.
Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this link to track your delivery in real time. If your tracking hasn’t updated after a few days, please reach out and we’ll look into it.
There is a problem with the order I received.
If something isn’t right (e.g. wrong size, missing item), please contact us at causeyoudont090@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order, and include your order number and clear photos if applicable.

We’re sorry for the mix-up! Email us at causeyoudont090@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, especially for made-to-order or pre-order items. However, if you contact us immediately after placing your order, we’ll do our best to assist you — provided your order hasn’t entered production or been shipped yet.
I need specific sizing information. How can I get it?
