Returns & Refunds Policy
We currently do not offer returns or refunds. All sales are final.
If there is an issue with your order (damaged or incorrect item), please contact our customer service team at causeyoudont090@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your package. We will review your request and do our best to assist you.
Please note that we do not respond to direct messages on Instagram regarding order issues. All communication must go through the email address above.
Due to the limited nature of our pieces, we are only able only to accept return within 7 days (EU customers) if the items is inborn, undamaged, and in original condition. After that window, all sales are final.
Shipping & Customs (International Orders)
We ship orders from Paris, France (EU). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
For orders outside the European Union, please note:
- Shipping rates do not include customs duties or import taxes.
- These charges may apply when your order arrives in your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Customs policies vary by country. We cannot estimate or control any applicable duties or fees.
- We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
If you refuse to pay customs duties or import taxes, and the parcel is returned or rejected, you will not be refunded for your order.
We are not liable for any customs delays, additional fees, unclaimed packages, or errors caused by incorrect shipping information provided during checkout.
